Holiday Inn Express Ellensburg, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast had great variety overall, and in most regards we have no complaints about the food. Staff were easy to find, quick to provide information, and helpful. Our room had all of the accommodations we expected.

Having flown into SeaTac late afternoon we just wanted somewhere to stay away from Seattle at the start of a three week road trip. Friendly and helpful reception staff, good sized room and a convenince store across the car park. Had a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep and a really helpful staff member guiding us through breakfast

On our way from Montana to the Olympic Peninsula, we decided to take a reprieve from the road. This hotel was the perfect stop. Easy access on and off the Interstate, and close to several cafes and coffee! The hotel itself is impeccably clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. We will definitely make this a routine stop on our trips west!

We stayed here after a concert at the gorge. Arrived late at night- check in process was easy and prompt. Black out shades in the rooms were a huge bonus- easy to get much needed sleep. Room amenities were as described. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Overall, very impressed.

Conveniently located Front desk staff, Naomi, was friendly, informative and welcoming. She provided excellent information on where we could have our car serviced.
